2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Contractor provides the User with the following services:
– Free: access to open articles, news, event announcements, part of video materials, communication in open groups.
– Paid: extended access to educational courses, scientific materials, personal consultations, specialized webinars.

3. TERMS OF PROVISION OF SERVICES
3.1. Free services are available to all Users without additional conditions.
3.2. Paid services are provided after payment in accordance with the tariffs specified on the website.
3.3. The Contractor has the right to change the composition and terms of provision of services by publishing relevant updates on the website.
4. COST OF PAID SERVICES AND PAYMENT
4.1. The cost of paid services is indicated in the relevant section of the site.
4.2. Payment is made through available payment methods (bank transfer, payment systems, etc.).
4.3. The Contractor has the right to refuse to refund funds if the service was provided in accordance with the terms of the Offer.
5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
5.1. The Contractor undertakes to:
– Provide the User with access to the services he has chosen.
– Guarantee the confidentiality of the User’s personal data.
– Maintain the operation of the service, eliminating technical failures within a reasonable time.
5.2. The Contractor has the right to:
– Make changes to the content and terms of access to services.
– Temporarily suspend access to the site for technical work.
5.3. The User undertakes to:

– Not transfer access to paid materials to third parties.
– Comply with the rules of conduct on the platform.
6. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The Contractor is not responsible for:
– Technical malfunctions caused by the User’s Internet connection providers.
– Use of materials by the User for purposes other than their intended purpose.
6.2. The Contractor has the right to disconnect the User from the service in case of violation of the rules of use or illegal distribution of materials.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
7.1. The Parties are exempt from liability for failure to fulfill obligations in the event of force majeure (military actions, natural disasters, technical failures, hacker attacks, etc.).
8. VALIDITY OF THE OFFER
8.1. The offer is valid from the moment of its publication on the website https://locd.institute and until its withdrawal by the Contractor.
8.2. The Contractor may make changes to the Offer without prior notice to the Users.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROCESSING
9.1. The Contractor processes the User’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9.2. Data is not transferred to third parties without the User’s consent, except in cases provided for by law.
